We Have You Covered:

This device was built to exacting standards and carefully inspected prior to shipment. Your KneeRover® product frame and cross braces are warranted to be free of defects and materials for the life of the product. Don’t worry, we have you covered on the rest of the scooter too. Please see below for additional details.

Who Is Covered

This warranty only applies to the original owner. To validate your warranty, the KneeRover® scooter must be registered within 30 days from the date of purchase and have a valid proof of purchase.

What is Covered

While the frame is covered for the life of the KneeRover®, there are some parts of the scooter that are subject to normal wear and tear and may not last the lifetime of the scooter, depending on use. These wear parts are covered under our warranty - please see the applicable coverage periods below.

Frame, Cross Braces and Welds: LIFETIME

Brake Components and Hardware: 1 Year

Wheels, Kneepads, Seats and Grips: 6 Months

This Warranty Does Not Cover:

The warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, improper maintenance, or failure to follow the user manual instructions. Warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized parts, alteration or modification of the product. Cosmetic or incidental damages are also not covered.

To obtain warranty service for products please submit a warranty claim below. Please make sure to have a proof of purchase and the serial number handy.
